Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GelidTech's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

GelidTech provides lead generation services through multiple advertising channels including Google Ads, social media platforms, and display networks. Our services include:

• Lead identification and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Social media integration and outreach
• Lead delivery and reporting
• Campaign optimization and analytics

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Google Ads leads: $60 per qualified lead
• Social Media leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Display Network leads: $40 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality and Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads meet the following criteria:

• Verified contact information (email and/or phone)
• Demonstrated interest in your product or service
• Match your specified target audience criteria
• Are not duplicates of previously delivered leads

If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely manner (within 24-48 hours)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use leads for illegal or unethical purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. Lead information is provided solely for your business use and may not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

GelidTech's liability is limited to the cost of the specific leads in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methods, algorithms, and processes used by GelidTech remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our lead generation methods.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

12. Modifications

GelidTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
